At Marcus & Shadwell, we're seeking a highly skilled Chief Disclosure Officer – Financial Services to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with senior product managers, project managers, and stakeholders across the business.

This role is critical to the success of our financial services division, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills. As Chief Disclosure Officer – Financial Services, you'll have the opportunity to influence others in the absence of formal authority.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in a business-related field, including finance, accounting, business, management, legal or marketing. With 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with specific experience in investment or superannuation disclosures, project management experience, and knowledge of regulatory requirements under ASIC, you'll be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.

We're looking for someone with excellent verbal and written skills, who is highly motivated and results-oriented. You'll need to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure while continuing to make effective decisions. Additionally, your customer focus on shaping communication messaging will be crucial in driving our business forward.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$130,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, based on market research and location (Sydney - Barangaroo). Our company culture values organization, prioritization, and time management skills, which we believe are essential for success in this role.
