Job Summary:

This pivotal role involves embedding C4 product suite with the customer and ensuring seamless integration of SitaWare in their C4I environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical support, training, and advice provision to the customer on our C4 products.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Install, configure, and support SitaWare in the customer's C4I environments for use in testing, training, exercise, and actual operations.
  • Set up and test integrations between SitaWare and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
  • Conduct technical training of administrators and end users – both in classroom and workshop environments.
  • Collect feedback from the customer and feed the learning loop, both internally and to the customer.
  • Maintain alignment between customer expectations and product roadmaps to maximise value for both parties.
  • Participate in beta release testing and C4I software improvement activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and timelines.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Certifications or training in IT, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Experience delivering presentations, training, and technical support.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and platforms (Windows, Linux Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, XMPP chat).
  • Familiarity with Australian Defence terminology, use cases, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with basic scripting (e.g. JavaScript, JSON, XML) and hardware infrastructure components like servers.
