Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Support Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer-related products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain equipment at client locations.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for incidents that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.
  • Manage physical support for End User Productivity Equipment, including headsets, smartphones, and tablets.
Requirements:
  • A valid security clearance is necessary for this position.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong focus on customer service, communication skills, and analytical mindset are essential.
  • Experience in delivering IT support services with specified KPIs is necessary.
