We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Operations Team in Canberra.

The position is full-time and requires technical expertise, training skills, and strong customer service abilities. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing support, advice, and training to customers on our C4 products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and support SitaWare in customer environments for use in testing, training, exercise, and actual operations.
  • Set up and test integrations between SitaWare and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
  • Conduct technical training of administrators and end users in classroom and workshop settings.
  • Gather feedback from customers and contribute to continuous improvement within the team and with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with Systematic products to ensure alignment of customer expectations and product roadmaps.
  • Participate in beta releases and software improvement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certifications or training in IT, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Experience delivering presentations, training, and technical support.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and platforms, including Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, and XMPP chat.
  • Familiarity with Australian Defence terminology, use cases, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic scripting knowledge and experience with hardware infrastructure components such as servers.
