Role Overview

As a Client Support professional within our Insurance division, you will report to the Insurance Team Leader. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Insurance sector in facilitating the replacement of lost or stolen products on behalf of Insurance Companies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Insurance Companies, insured clients, and JB Hi-Fi stores.
  • Assessing and quoting consumer electronic products for insurance replacements.
  • Managing inbound and outbound communications (non-sales related).
  • Processing orders and overseeing ongoing caseloads.
  • Achieving performance metrics and deadlines in accordance with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements.

This role demands a proactive approach in a dynamic environment, making it ideal for professionals with relevant experience who are ready to take initiative.
