Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Officer at Linfox, you will play a crucial role in managing data entry, reconciliations, and payroll for one of Australia's largest supermarket chains.

Key Areas of Focus
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial information into internal systems, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Payroll and Subcontractor Payments: Process driver payroll and subcontractor payments, adhering to deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Reconciliation and Dispute Resolution: Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly, ensuring timely resolution of requests and disputes.
  • Communication and Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve requests and disputes, fostering strong relationships.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate daily and weekly reports for senior staff and customers, ensuring all documentation is filed and archived efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: A commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Effective communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Financial and Payroll Systems: Familiarity with systems such as Kronos is highly regarded.
