Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects.

About the Role
  • Contribute to all stages of project delivery, including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, and procurement.
  • Effectively manage safety, time, cost, and quality.
  • Assist with project planning and programming tasks.
  • Liaise with clients to manage relationships and coordinate their needs.
  • Monitor the performance of construction crews and subcontractors against estimates.
  • Report production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Procure plant, equipment, and materials as required.
  • Issue relevant permits and documents.
  • Ensure project compliance with our Integrated Management System.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate at least 4 years of experience as an Engineer on subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience working on earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contract management experience is desirable.
