Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Construction Supervisor. This key role involves overseeing road and civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet project outcomes.

This is a challenging opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of road and civil infrastructure projects, including resource allocation and supplier engagement
  • Liaise with delegates to ensure project demands are met
  • Organise material delivery and engage suppliers for performance reviews
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Provide leadership, direction, support, and coaching to project teams
  • Conduct State Wide Line Marking Maintenance Performance Contract testing requirements

Mandatory qualifications include a current Queensland 'C' class driver's licence or equivalent, possession of a Certificate III in Civil Construction, and demonstration of core Leadership and Management competencies. Alternatively, applicants must be able to acquire these competencies within 18 months.

Desirable qualifications include possession of a Certificate III in Road Marking, sound knowledge of the Guide to Pavement Markings and MRTS 45, and competence in Microsoft Office and AMMS (Asset Management Database).
