Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to manage major transport infrastructure construction contracts from initiation to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform contract administration and surveillance in accordance with standards, contract procedures, and general conditions of contract;
  • Contribute to all phases of contract management, including quality, safety, and environmental issues;
  • Liaise with project staff to coordinate external service authorities, community groups, agencies, and local government authorities affected by the works;
  • Manage and coordinate all phases of contract administration, including quality, safety, and environmental issues;
  • Lead a team of engineers, technical staff, and external advisors in the delivery of infrastructure projects;
  • Provide reports and briefing notes on project status, expenditure, conditions of the state road network, and major incidents;
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification accepted by Institution of Engineers Australia;
  • Registration as Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ);
Desirable Experience:
  • Administration of AS2124-style contracts, such as Transport Infrastructure Contracts - Construct Only (TIC-CO), Road Construction Contracts (RCC);
Requirements:
  • Pre-qualified with TMR as SEC01, CA01, CA02 (B13) or meet requirements to apply;
  • Current Class C driver's license holder;
  • Current Construction Industry Induction White or Blue card holder;
