We are currently Tendering for
**Civil Infrastructure Project Scheduling **opportunities and are seeking expressions of interest from Civil Project Schedulers in joining us in Tendering for Queensland Infrastructure Projects and capable of committing for an initial 1-2 years duration with the possibility of extensions and other projects.

**Mandatory Experience**
As a guide, a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience with Scheduling during the development and delivery phases of Civil Infrastructure Projects.
- Managing multiple internal & external stakeholders to ensure accurate & timely development of programs and supporting documents.
- Demonstrated understanding of the likely scheduling requirements and issues related to the delivery of infrastructure projects in the QLD Projects Infrastructure environment; and
- Understanding of relevant standards, policies and interfaces associated with Queensland Infrastructure Projects.
- Well versed in first principles using measured quantities & industry accepted productivity rates;
- Consulting on program status & issues arising & recommend improvements and mitigation actions to ensure programs are robust and able to be delivered within the required time frames;
- Develop summary programs, staging diagrams, time chainage diagrams and other tools to communicate high level program status and strategy to management and executive teams;
- Reviews of Contractors' monthly program submissions & programs developed by others to provide strategic expert program advice, report on program status, risks, issues & achievability;
- Identification & management of complex program interfaces between interdependent packages & projects.
- Well developed planning, organising and problem solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others; and
- High attention to detail.
- Committed to HSE & QA Policies and procedures.

**Qualifications.**
Some form of supporting Tertiary Qualifications would be anticipated.

Have a current driver's licence and own mobile phone.

Preference will be given to someone already living in Queensland or be willing to relocate there themselves if they have the Mandatory QLD Projects experience. The proposed hours are nominally 40 per week, although no guarantee there won't be more or less hours due to project demands. Travel to site on an ad/hoc basis is expected, with some weekend work may be required but this would be mínimal.
