As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our workplaces are safe, respectful and inclusive. You will provide expert advice on behavioural or performance management related matters, disputes on leave, grievances, non-work-related injuries, and long-term unplanned leave.
You will lead and conduct workplace investigations into employee grievances and allegations to resolution, while coaching and developing line managers to prevent the re-occurrence of issues.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Frontline Managers: Provide expert advice on various industrial relations and employee relations matters.
Case Management: Lead and conduct workplace investigations into employee grievances and allegations.
Coaching and Development: Deliver effective coaching and development to line managers resulting in a positive impact on business performance.
Representing The Organisation: Represent the organisation in industrial relations and employee relations matters with team members, unions, employer bodies, and industrial authorities for lower-risk matters.
What we are looking for:
- 2 years' experience as an Employee Relations Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of relevant workplace legislation, regulations, and enterprise agreements.
- High-level consultation, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills with key stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Employee Relations preferred.
