**Industrial Relations Expertise Wanted**
We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our People and Culture team as an Industrial Relations Adviser. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of strategic people priorities and programs, delivering consistent high-quality advice and services to leaders and teams.
The role will involve assisting with industrial instrument and policy negotiation, managing industrial stakeholders, resolving disputes, and determining entitlements. You will provide tactical and operational advice on employee and industrial relations issues, engaging with stakeholders to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely guidance in support of planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating industrial instruments and policies
- Managing industrial stakeholder relationships
- Resolving disputes and determining entitlements
- Providing tactical and operational advice on employee and industrial relations matters
Requirements:**
- Formal qualifications in Industrial Relations or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
