**Job Overview**

The role of an HR Employee Relations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring that our organization maintains a collaborative and inclusive environment where every team member can succeed. As a key member of the HR team, you will take the lead for Employee Relations and Workers Compensation Claims management processes.

In this dynamic role, your expertise will be crucial in mentoring HR business partners and Business leaders in standard methodologies, ensuring our processes are both compliant and best-practice.

You will work as a key point of contact for all Employee Relations matters with an oversight of Workers Compensation Claims. With two direct reports focused on employee return to work plans and Occupational Health, this role will take a lead role for coaching on Employee Relations best practices and the continuous improvement of our relevant practices and policies.
