Human Resource Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the centre's rostering plan, ensuring effective implementation through liaison with staff and line managers.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize staff utilization and improve overall centre performance.
  • Liaise with staff and line managers to coordinate roster and training placements, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise and mentor staff in their duties, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Evaluate staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these gaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant human resource policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices within the centre.
  • Implement processes to ensure accurate and timely HR reporting, analyzing data to inform management decisions and drive business growth.
  • Promote and support industrial relations processes and policies, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
