We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our Community Services Team in the Illawarra region.

About the Role

This challenging position requires a committed individual with excellent initiative, judgment, and administrative skills to establish, plan, and coordinate rosters for care workers, identifying gaps and ensuring coverage for vacancies and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage rosters for care workers
  • Identify roster gaps and ensure adequate coverage
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, experience working in high-volume rostering positions, and excellent customer service skills.

About You

To be considered, you must have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications at Certificate 3 level or 3 years' experience in rostering
  • A Working with Children Check
  • Experience with rostering in aged care or health sectors
  • Covid-19 Booster Vaccination
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the SCHADSI Award
