The Role of Roster Coordinator- Responsible for day-to-day rostering tasks, maintaining records and reports, and verifying time sheets against the roster for MiCare's Programs.
- Knowledge of rostering software
- Proficient in Microsoft suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High-level administration skills (data entry, computer operations)
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Recruitment practice understanding
- Awards and EBAs knowledge
- Understanding of ageing process
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent desirable
