Job Overview

Our organisation is seeking a Roster Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our workforce planning functions by collaborating with stakeholders to understand factors affecting rostering processes, practices, and governance.

This position ensures the reliable provision of quality care across our Residential Care facilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning functions and collaborate with stakeholders to understand factors affecting rostering processes, practices, and governance.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in scheduling or rostering employees or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to use databases and Microsoft Office suite programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments, and roster optimisation.
  • Demonstrated customer service focus and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A friendly disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and teamwork skills.
