Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Pathway to Good Health (PTGH) initiative. As a key member of the team, you will provide highly specialised speech pathology assessments to children with complex behavioral and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive health management plans using evidence-based recommendations and resources.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Participate in case reviews and provide high-level specialist discipline-specific support to external providers.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in assessing and managing children with complex behavioral and developmental presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience providing trauma-informed care and an understanding of the social determinants of health.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000-$150,000 AUD, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to in-house learning portals, mentorship, and career guidance.
