Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team as a permanent, full-time or part-time Paediatric Speech Pathologist. This role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services across the scope of practice to children with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
About the Role
This fulfilling role will involve delivering therapy in people's homes, educational settings or in the community; aimed at maximising a person's functional skills and participation as well as promoting physical health and wellbeing.
You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists, providing indirect client service/family coordination to support client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering speech pathology services to children with disabilities
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
- Providing indirect client service/family coordination to support client goals
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children with disabilities
- An Australian driver's licence and own vehicle, and a willingness to travel across southern suburbs as required

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $85,380.74 - $104,551.89 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and salary packaging.
