Speech Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team as a therapist.
About the RoleThis fulfilling role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services across the scope of practice to adults with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community, aimed at supporting clients to achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with adults with a disability, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Conduct assessments and develop strategies to address communication skills, mealtime safety, and promote overall health and wellbeing.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and coordinate care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or a related field.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- An ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- A willingness to improve on your clinical practice through ongoing learning and self-reflection.
