In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences during check-in, check-out, and throughout the stay.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Extensive experience in Front Office/Guest Services
  • Previous experience in a high-end establishment is advantageous
  • Good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • The ability to speak a second language is highly regarded but not essential
  • Sound knowledge of the local area and surroundings
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
