As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when they arrive, sharing your knowledge of the property and surrounding areas.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to build meaningful connections with both our guests and hotel teams. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Efficiently handling guest arrivals and departures, including luggage transport, delivery, and storage
- Assisting with guest inquiries and requests, ensuring familiarity with the property, hotels, rooms, restaurants, bars, and casino
- Parking and collecting guest vehicles promptly as required
- Providing information on the local area and surrounding events
To succeed in this role, you will require a warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and meticulous grooming. A sound knowledge of the local area and upcoming events is also essential.
You must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our Hotels at The Star, where relaxation seamlessly intertwines with thrilling entertainment.
