From personalized recommendations to seamless service, you will be the go-to expert for crafting unforgettable moments. Whether it's securing exclusive reservations or coordinating bespoke experiences, you will bring passion, precision, and personality to the role.

The Role
  • Daily concierge desk operations including inventory management and adherence to service protocols
  • Upgrading and maintaining high standards of luxury service
  • Providing warm welcomes to guests and visitors, assisting with valet parking, luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval
  • Responding to guest and owner requests and enhancing service offerings
  • Addressing and resolving guest and owner inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining exceptional service quality
The Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar guest service/concierge role in a luxury environment
  • Opera Cloud Experience is desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
