Power Systems Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the development of power systems. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers in grid connection studies and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage grid connection studies and modeling: Develop and implement effective strategies for grid connection and manage teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop relationships with global counterparts: Build strong relationships with colleagues across the globe to drive innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversee model development, perform studies, and assess results using specialized tools: Utilize advanced tools to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide technical supervision and mentoring to engineers: Foster the growth and development of junior engineers through guidance and mentorship.
  • Offer support to external stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.
  • Stay current on industry trends and technical requirements: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Deep knowledge of power systems within transmission, distribution, and/or renewable energy sectors
