As a Senior Power Systems Professional, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects in the energy market.

This role offers technical leadership and execution of power systems projects across generation, transmission, and distribution sectors. You will serve as the technical lead for consulting engagements, conducting and overseeing technical studies, including integration, compliance studies, load flow, short circuit, and stability analysis.

You will develop proposals, maintain key client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to a select group of clients in both public and private sectors. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring project delivery on cost, on time, with client satisfaction, and adherence to QA procedures.

You will lead and mentor a team of Senior and Junior Power Systems Engineers, guiding them to achieve their best performance. To succeed in this role, you will need relevant degree qualification with post-graduation experience in power system analysis and expert knowledge in network planning, grid connection, earthing, protection, power quality, and electromagnetic transients.

In addition, you should be proficient in network simulation software like PSS/E, PowerFactory, and/or PSCAD, with excellent communication and presentation skills. As a Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer Queensland and/or Victoria, you will play a critical part in shaping our team's success.
