Location: North Perth Clinic

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The Role
  • Provide tailored product information to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
  • Guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our clinic and its services.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management etc).
  • Attention to detail with solid administrative background and collaborative spirit.
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with ability to work independently when needed.
Eligibility
  • Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand to be considered for this role.
