Event Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing large scale events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate functions.

The Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of events from start to finish, ensuring that all service teams, including catering, AV, bar staff, and waitstaff, are operating efficiently and according to the event plan. The role also involves managing on-the-ground staff rostering, delegation, and problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. They will also possess natural leadership skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of event operations from start to finish.

  • Review and analysis of event outcomes.
