  • • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish project objectives, set priorities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members.
  • • Analyze data and reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • • Proven track record of success in leading complex projects, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • • Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • • Experience with contract law and project accounting principles.
  • • Familiarity with construction industry standards, codes, and regulations.
