Event Coordinator Roles

We are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our team as Event Coordinators, responsible for delivering end-to-end event solutions from planning and logistics to on-site execution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, ensuring seamless delivery of events across various sectors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to drive successful event outcomes.
  • Build the capacity of event organizers across the region through expertise sharing and guidance.
  • Oversee logistical aspects, including rosters, volunteers, catering, traffic management, security, and more.
  • Contribute to strategic development through initiatives, bids, and new concepts.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Event/Tourism Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in major, civic, sporting, or commercial event coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to perform under pressure.
  • A current Class C Driver Licence (bonus points if you have RSA, First Aid, or Whitecard).

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary from around $96K + 12% superannuation.
  • Two permanent full-time positions of 35 hours per week.
