Operations Manager Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the non-academic operations of the School, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • General Services: Coordinate and manage the provision of general services to students, staff, and visitors.
  • Grounds & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the School's grounds and facilities.
  • Cleaning: Manage the cleaning schedule and ensure that all areas of the School are kept clean and tidy.
  • Capital Infrastructure Projects: Plan and implement capital infrastructure projects to improve the School's facilities.
  • Events and Community: Coordinate events and activities that foster a sense of community among students, staff, and parents.
  • Operations Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors providing services such as catering.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT): Provide technical support and maintain ICT systems.
  • Administration and Reception: Assist with administrative tasks and provide reception services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
