About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Diversity Leader to join our progressive and professional team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Learning Diversity Department, ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance student learning and promote a positive educational environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless support and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote inclusive education and support diverse learning needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support students with diverse learning needs.
Requirements
  • VIT registration or eligibility to obtain.
  • At least 2 references from your most recent employers.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
