Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role within the leadership team, focusing on the advancement of best practices in the following domains:

  • Strategic Workforce Planning and Insights
  • Workforce Architecture
  • Compensation Structures
  • Talent Frameworks and Initiatives
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Talent Engagement and Recruitment

This essential leadership position will inspire and guide a purpose-driven team, delivering a comprehensive, integrated, and inclusive workforce planning and talent strategy that ensures a robust pipeline of diverse talent equipped with the necessary skills for current and future needs.

As a strategic facilitator, you will design and execute workforce architecture and compensation frameworks that attract, engage, develop, and retain high-quality talent aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals.

As a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), you will spearhead transformational changes at both local and national levels. This includes overseeing the implementation of DEI strategies and programs while collaborating with key stakeholders to meet DEI priorities and objectives.

Preferred qualifications include diverse experience in organizational design, talent management, and/or DEI strategy development and execution within progressive organizations focused on innovative work practices and the future of work. Your success will hinge on your ability to forge strategic partnerships and leverage data and insights to innovate and achieve outstanding results.

Essential capabilities include:

  • Executive-level Human Resource Management experience, with a proven ability to engage and influence Executive teams, Chief Executives, and Boards.
  • A history of successfully designing, leading, and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies and large-scale cultural transformations.
  • Expertise in strategy and framework development across workforce design, compensation, talent management, recruitment, and DEI.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams through challenging and dynamic environments while achieving strategic goals.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders.
