Job Overview
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be responsible for hiring top talent across key locations in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, proven experience within an internal/RPO function or direct sourcing using multiple methodologies, and the ability to work across multiple countries and business leaders simultaneously.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about recruitment and wants to make a real impact on the organization's success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Hire top talent across key locations in Australia and New Zealand.
- Work closely with the wider TA team, Regional Human Resources (HR), and Business Leaders.
- Lead multiple projects within ANZ and wider Asia Pacific geography.
- Advise hiring managers on competitive offers in relation to both internal and external markets.
