Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring efforts in APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of job openings, developing strategic recruitment plans, and executing them through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source and engage with top talent across multiple roles in sales and marketing
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to optimize recruitment results

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality hires that meet business needs
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry and a solid understanding of market trends
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions about recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
