The Senior Business Partner role involves leading people processes across the region, managing escalations as needed, and implementing critical initiatives throughout the region. This position offers strategic and operational advice to the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and P&C deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead People & Culture initiatives in leadership, performance, talent management, and diversity.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and ER/IR matters.
  • Manage and lead key P&C projects and organizational transformation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges.
  • Coach and support stakeholders to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
  • Provide regular updates on emerging issues and people risks.

Requirements:

  • NDIS Screening Workers Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
