Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Partner to lead our People & Culture initiatives. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the team in delivering people processes across the region.

The role involves leading key projects and organisational transformation, partnering with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges, and coaching and supporting stakeholders to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading People & Culture Initiatives: Provide leadership and support to the People & Culture team in delivering people processes across the region.
  • Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on employee relations and ER/IR matters.
  • Project Management: Manage and lead key P&C projects and organisational transformation.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges.
  • Culture Development: Coach and support stakeholders to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in P&C leadership roles with expertise across key areas like workplace relations, performance management, leadership coaching, reward, and talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing P&C teams.
  • Strong ability to turn P&C programs into impactful solutions for clients.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
  • Skilled in advising and influencing leaders, driving business outcomes.
