Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our organization in embedding modern, consistent and measurable change management practices across the business.

This role involves facilitating key enterprise change forums and groups, co-designing change tools and templates, and supporting organizational change capacity uplift projects.

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in gathering change data and producing reports and analysis to enable key decision-making that supports our transformation objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Change Analyst to join our team and contribute to our high-performance culture.

As a member of our Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience branch, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to embed change management best practices throughout the organization.

You will be responsible for facilitating key change initiatives and projects, contributing to the broader program of work that strengthens change capability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
