A senior leadership position is available to head the Psychological Health Division in a government health and safety organization.
The successful candidate will lead and oversee the organization's response to psychological health regulation, ensuring expectations on compliance and enforcement are met. They will be responsible for ensuring alignment between resources in psychological health, providing strong leadership and oversight of teams including inspectors, specialists, and programs teams.

- Drive a service delivery culture committed to prevention, data-driven insights, and client-focused outcomes.
- Represent the organization by providing strategic advice to promote high-level support and achievement of psychological health objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of transformational leadership, excellent communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
