About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. You will build and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, considering Customer Relationship Management, Electronic Direct Mail, Paid Media, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Analytics & Insights, and Search Engine Optimization.

You will play a key role in ensuring our message reaches the right person at the right time through our digital channels.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and/or Account management
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics, with an ability to use reporting platforms
  • Experience in CRM strategy, planning, and execution
  • Understanding of technology underpinning platforms and experience using a Content Management System
  • Able to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage in an efficient way
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
  • The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven high-level negotiation skills
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions
