As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will:

  • Drive strategic leadership across health insurance and eye care operations, leveraging business acumen and operational excellence to deliver integrated outcomes.
  • Partner with directors to develop commercial strategies, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and sustained growth.
  • Lead multi-site teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to shape the future of healthcare.
  • Manage complex systems, oversee performance metrics, and optimise end-to-end service delivery to meet evolving community needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Seasoned experience as an operational leader, driving results in multi-site, multi-disciplinary healthcare environments.
  • Commercial acumen, with a strong grasp of P&L accountability and performance delivery.
  • Collaborative leadership style, inspiring teams, managing change, and driving results while maintaining a focus on community health.
  • Strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and the ability to align local operations with broader business objectives.

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in Health Operations, Business, or Leadership.
  • Proven success in senior roles overseeing clinical or health-related service operations.
  • Strong experience in strategy development, service delivery, and people leadership.
  • Ability to lead through complexity in a regional environment.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.
