As a highly skilled Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between product, sales, and customer needs. Your primary responsibility will be to drive technical excellence, market readiness, and customer adoption by developing deep knowledge of the product's features, benefits, use cases, and differentiators.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain product documentation, pricing sheets, and feature guides.
- Assist in updating product specs and materials as new features or services are launched.
- Support marketing and sales teams with product-related materials (e.g., fact sheets, presentations, internal FAQs).
- Research competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
- Respond to basic product questions from internal stakeholders.
- Support the team by pulling product usage data, preparing reports, and understanding customer needs
- Work closely with Product Manager and Sales Enablement to learn about the lifecycle of communications products.
- Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, or Commerce.
- Exceptional skills in Excel, proven record of creating pivot table analysis, charts, graphs, and presentations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in the technology vendor, IT, or telecoms industries.
- Experience in pricing and comparing products ready to go to market.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a large number of tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and independent work abilities.
