Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical product support to customers, partners and resellers.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in at least one ESET product, with in-depth knowledge of its features and functionality.

  • Provide technical support via various communication channels.
  • Validate incoming requests for known issues and document previously unknown issues.
  • Perform scheduled callbacks to customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert technical support for ESET products.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills.
  • Analyze customer requests through all communication channels.
  • Escalate undocumented issues according to defined processes and procedures.
  • Become familiar with existing products and their components.

You will consult on problems and risks in a timely manner, continuously develop technical knowledge and skills, and carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee.
