Product Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the product development team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of product categories across apparel, footwear, and accessories.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design high-quality products combining current trends, best sellers, and retail feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all phases of the product lifecycle, including approvals and fits.
  • Identify key fashion and high-fashion trends, such as fabrics, color palettes, shapes, and obvious product opportunities.
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by fostering win-win outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a fashion product development role with a proven track record of commercial success.
  • Results-oriented, driven, and motivated individual with a sound technical understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing.
  • Strong creative eye with a passion for product and expert knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize, multitask, and deliver within deadlines.
