New Home Advisor Opportunity

Metricon Homes, Australia's largest home builder, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Home Advisor to join our team in Leppington, New South Wales.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading home builder and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering quality, service, and award-winning living solutions for Australian families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the display center, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Provide exceptional advice and guidance to customers on house design selection, upgrades, and options, ensuring they make informed decisions within their timeframe and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete and correct documentation, manage client expectations, and provide trusted advice throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support customers through the sales process, from initial quote to tender presentation and variations.

Requirements
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a need to win.
  • Residential sales experience is an advantage, but experience in a face-to-face sales environment is essential.
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional networking and customer service skills.
  • A passion for the residential building industry and a desire to promote our great designs, products, and services.
  • Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities.
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
