Membership Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a Membership Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and driving membership growth and retention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all inbound and outbound activities with the team
  • Process membership payments and renewals efficiently
  • Implement proactive strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Coordinate enrolments and assist members in their professional development
  • Stay up to date on our website, collateral, and member services
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to promote a range of products and services effectively
  • Professional, personable, and motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Understanding or interest in the Finance industry would be an advantage
  • Experience using CRM systems or preferably Microsoft Dynamics
