Business Development Executive Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with medical specialists to drive growth and retention across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the specialist growth strategy within your allocated territory, aligning with local and national objectives.
  • Develop and implement tailored business plans for key specialist groups to meet revenue and activity targets.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with medical specialists, practice managers, and key hospital stakeholders.
  • Support colleagues through sharing best practices, mentoring on territory planning, and contributing to team initiatives.
  • Participate in national and local campaigns focused on revenue generation and new service uptake.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Science, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial or business development experience in healthcare, pathology, or related services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales/revenue targets and managing a territory or portfolio.
