Occupational Rehabilitation Role

We support thousands of people living with an illness, disability, or injury. Our services enable clients to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational rehabilitation services to individuals with a range of conditions
  • Manage caseloads and collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical professionals and allied health professionals
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Assist clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology registered with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills and compassion, kindness and empathy essential
