Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, web-chat, or email
  • Work Monday to Friday, with a consistent 37.5 hours per week
  • Collaborate with your team to hit KPIs and business goals
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to ensure your success in the role

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-12 months of recent experience in a call centre or phone-based Customer Service role
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday shifts)
  • A genuine passion for people and a knack for building rapport
  • Confidence in providing advice on products or services
  • A can-do attitude and resilience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional references from previous employers
