About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain system access and configuration to meet business needs.

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Kronos applications.
  • Liaise with Payroll Teams, IT & relevant stakeholders regarding configuration issues.
  • Assist with change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department.
  • Act as a key liaison for system issues, upgrades, and user support.
  • Analyse current system usage and recommend improvements aligned with business priorities.
  • Train end-users and support staff on Kronos functionality and updates.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos, exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and well-developed interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills.
