Our organisation is seeking a skilled finance leader to join our leadership team as a Finance Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the financial operations of a dynamic and mission-focused organisation.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sound financial stewardship, providing timely and insightful financial information, and driving operational excellence across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. You will oversee payroll and financial systems, leading a small finance team and supporting executive and operational teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and reconciliations
  • Maintain and optimise finance systems (ERP)
  • Drive continuous process improvement and transaction efficiency
  • Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Coordinate the annual audit and statutory accounts preparation
  • Lead and support payroll and accounting staff, fostering growth and high performance
